Position Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at organizing impactful in-person events, executing guerrilla marketing campaigns, and supporting our social media efforts. This hybrid role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to help us expand our reach and engage our audience effectively. 


Key Responsibilities 

Event Marketing:

  - Plan and execute regular in-person events, such as health camps, community meetups, and promotional activities to reach potential customers. 

  - Partner with local organizations, hospitals, and businesses to host co-branded events. 

  - Manage event logistics, promotion, and follow-up to maximize impact. 


Guerrilla Marketing:

  - Design and implement innovative guerrilla marketing techniques to build brand awareness. 

  - Organize street campaigns, pop-up events, and other unconventional activities to engage target audiences. 

  - Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and adapt strategies as needed. 


Social Media Support:

  - Work closely with the social media team to create engaging content and campaigns that align with our brand identity. 

  - Ensure event promotions and marketing materials are effectively shared across platforms. 

  - Collaborate on influencer marketing initiatives to boost online visibility. 


Marketing Strategy:

  - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives. 

  - Identify key customer segments and tailor campaigns to their needs. 

  - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies. 


Brand Management: 

  - Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels. 

  - Develop creative assets, including flyers, posters, and promotional materials for campaigns and events. 


Reporting & Analytics: 

  - Track the performance of marketing initiatives and provide detailed reports to the leadership team. 

  - Use data to analyze campaign ROI and recommend improvements. 


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event management and innovative campaigns. 


Skills:

  - Exceptional organizational and project management skills. 

  - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali. 

  - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. 

  - Creative mindset with a knack for thinking outside the box.

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and online community engagement. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, trends, and building brand presence on social media platforms. 


Key Responsibilities


1. Content Creation and Strategy

- Assist in developing and executing content strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 

- Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels using graphics, photos, and videos. 

- Write compelling captions that align with Kafal Care’s tone and brand voice. 


2. Trend Research and Adaptation

- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and challenges to develop content ideas that resonate with the audience. 

- Research competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine Kafal Care’s strategies. 


3. Community Engagement

- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly to foster a strong online community. 

- Build relationships with followers and influencers by engaging authentically. 


4. Analytics and Reporting

- Track social media metrics like engagement rates, follower growth, and content performance. 

- Prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. 


5. Collaboration and Coordination

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos. 

- Coordinate with other departments to promote events, campaigns, and new services. 


6. Campaign Support

- Support the execution of paid and organic social media campaigns. 

- Brainstorm ideas for social media contests, giveaways, and promotional activities. 


7. Administrative Support

- Organize content calendars and maintain a repository of brand assets. 

- Ensure all posts comply with Kafal Care’s brand guidelines and ethical standards. 


Requirements


Education and Background

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 

- Previous internship experience in social media marketing is a plus but not mandatory. 


Skills and Attributes

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their best practices and algorithms. 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali. 

- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools). 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail. 

- Familiarity with social media analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, or Hootsuite is a plus.
