Position Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at organizing impactful in-person events, executing guerrilla marketing campaigns, and supporting our social media efforts. This hybrid role requires a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to help us expand our reach and engage our audience effectively. 


Key Responsibilities 

Event Marketing:

  - Plan and execute regular in-person events, such as health camps, community meetups, and promotional activities to reach potential customers. 

  - Partner with local organizations, hospitals, and businesses to host co-branded events. 

  - Manage event logistics, promotion, and follow-up to maximize impact. 


Guerrilla Marketing:

  - Design and implement innovative guerrilla marketing techniques to build brand awareness. 

  - Organize street campaigns, pop-up events, and other unconventional activities to engage target audiences. 

  - Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and adapt strategies as needed. 


Social Media Support:

  - Work closely with the social media team to create engaging content and campaigns that align with our brand identity. 

  - Ensure event promotions and marketing materials are effectively shared across platforms. 

  - Collaborate on influencer marketing initiatives to boost online visibility. 


Marketing Strategy:

  - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives. 

  - Identify key customer segments and tailor campaigns to their needs. 

  - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies. 


Brand Management: 

  - Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing channels. 

  - Develop creative assets, including flyers, posters, and promotional materials for campaigns and events. 


Reporting & Analytics: 

  - Track the performance of marketing initiatives and provide detailed reports to the leadership team. 

  - Use data to analyze campaign ROI and recommend improvements. 


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event management and innovative campaigns. 


Skills:

  - Exceptional organizational and project management skills. 

  - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali. 

  - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms. 

  - Creative mindset with a knack for thinking outside the box. 


Attributes:

     High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven. 

     Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

     Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. 

  • Additional Requirements: 

  - Willingness to travel within Nepal for in-person events.
