Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance regarding our in-home care services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and helping to facilitate a seamless experience for those seeking our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide information about Kafal Care’s services, including in-home blood tests, IV treatments, and RN on-demand services.
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating care services.
- Address and resolve client concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Stay informed about our services, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and internal tools.
